Feedback History

Epic Business Services Online has earned about 125,000 positive feedback ratings, with a current 100% positive overall score. Epic Business Services Online is also rated as a #1 Best Seller in many of the categories that they sell on Amazon. This basically means that they offer both a competitive price, as well as a history of customer satisfaction in those categories.

Epic Business Services Online mainly sells the Majestic Pure brand or products.

This is one of those Amazon stores to visit when you want the retail experience. If you’ve been to a health supply store lately, or even any drug store in general, you should be familiar with the brands and styles that they carry.

Majestic Pure Lavender Essential Oil

Items like Majestic Pure Lavender Essential Oil, Majestic Pure Argan Oil Shampoo, Majestic Pure Dead Sea Mud Mask, Majestic Pure Arabica Coffee Scrub, etc.

Epic Business Services Online sells brand new merchandise, and does offer a 100% Authentic guarantee, as well as a 100% money back guarantee.

When you sell name brand vitamins, supplements, etc., especially at a discount, a popular question is always going to be if the items are authentic, fake, or knock-offs. To answer that question…

Let’s take a close look at their recent feedback history. Amazon buyers have a really good way of weeding out the good sellers from the bad. If an item even SLIGHTLY looks like it might be a counterfeit or knock-off, they will leave you bad feedback. And any and all flaws will usually be reflected in a seller’s feedback. With that being said, over the past 12 months, Epic Business Services Online has received about 40,000 positive feedback ratings, compared to just 0% negative feedback comments. With that sort of lop-sided ratio, it definitely appears as though Epic Business Services Online is an honestly run business, selling authentic merchandise.

All items are guaranteed to be 100% authentic, and come with all the manufacturer paper work, in their original authentic boxes as provided by the manufacturers.

What I like or don’t like

Their storefront is very organized. You have a product menu on the left side with all of the brand categories available, as well as top menu with store categories. So you just find your desired category, and go from there. Once you get into a listing page, you get a left hand menu with all of the brands available. So this store is very easy to navigate.

Another thing I appreciate is their attention to detail in their listings. Each listing has multiple clear and large pictures, so you can clearly see what is included in the listing. Their descriptions go into a lot of detail, and provide all the specifications that you might be looking for like the model they work for, size, color, etc. The quality of their listings is about as good as it gets on Amazon. You get all sorts of pictures, sizes, weights, package contents, etc.

Epic Business Services Online - 30 Day return policy
Epic Business Services Online – 30 Day return policy

Their attention to detail, and their excellent feedback really makes you feel secure in shopping from this Amazon store. As does their 30-day hassle free returns policy. No need to email back for a return authorization, or deal with with annoying emails back and forth. You just click on return, and send it back. And having a month to do so is quite convenient.

  1. I write to you because you claim Majestic reviews are 100% positive. But that’s not correct — especially if you look more carefully at the text of the reviews rather than the star count. At least when it comes to the prodict I bought: Majestic Pure “100% Pure Authentic” Sandalwood oil. Marketing & packaging both emphasized this was 100% real Santalum Album, or Indian Sandalwood. The price alone was a red flag, since Indian Sandalwood is an endangered plant species, protected by the Indian government. Folks are trying to grow it in other countires, because it commands such a high price. Don’t know if any are commercially viable yet. SoI thought perhaps the real thing was available again after a period of being virtually unavailable. Its replacement is typically a different variety of Sandalwood from Australia. When advertised & poackaged honestly, it’s sold as Australian Sandalwood, not Indian. It smells similar, but a weaker version of the real deal. The Majestic product is neither. In fact, many of the reviews on Amazon — even the positive ones, note that it’s definitely not Indian Sandalwood. So I wondered why they were still giving three stars. Turns out almost all the “positive” reviews, even those acknowledging it’s not as advertised — are Not unbiased. They are overwhelmingly from people who admit, openly or sometimes is blink-&-miss-it fashion, that they were given the product at a “discount” or even “complimentary” in exchange for their “unbiased” review. I discovered that some of these even slipped through the “verified purchase” filter because they paid something (a penny?) for the product. But unless the reviewer is trying to protect a business relationship or has some other motive, why would they post a positive review when they think they’re testing real Indian Sandalwood & instead get a nose full of strong smelling chemicals (I’m not making this up — read the “positive” reviews.) A bunch of these aren’t genuinely positive, they’re “it’s not real, but oh, well, I still like it” reviews, even admitting they had to open windows, or their husband & kids say they stink, or they don’t feel safe using it for its intended purpose because it’s clearly not real essential oil, etc.
Most significant in all this: from the reviews, it’s apparent the manufacturer, and the distributor, know they’re selling a mislabeled fake. One reviewer, even though solicited, went so far as to check the certification numbers & discovered that Majestic’s number was traced to a Chinese company, and matched that of another company also supposedly selling “real” Indian Sandalwod oil. The label says the source is Myanmar. If it had said China, it would be a complete giveaway that the product was fake, since China is notorious for selling adulterated, even dangerous, products with false labeling.
But for anyone who’s ever smelled real Indian Sandalwood, none of this is necessary. One whiff is proof. I did a quick review of Majestic’s reputation before buying, because of the price & the scarcity of the real thing. Reviews like yours lead me to believe they’re selling legitimate, honestly labeled product. I can’t address any of their other products, but this is an egregious fake, they know it, yet they & Amazon continue to sell it as real. If you want your reviews to be accurate, please read the text of the reviews for this one. Then filter for actual purchasers. Then self-filter for those that were solicited reviewers who slipped through. When even the solicited reviews say it’s fake, you can hardly call that a 100% positive rating. Thanks for taking the time to read this. I’m going to assume you aren’t just a marketing rep masquerading as an independent reviewer. If I’m wrong, oh well. One more notch in the cynicism belt.
This stuff smells & feels like pure chemical, with no hint of the distinctive Sandalwood scent.
