Clickgoodwill books has been selling online since 2007, and has earned over 175,000 total positive feedback ratings on Amazon, with a 4.9 overall score. You definitely can’t survive on Amazon and earn over 175,000 positives unless you’re either delivering a great price, excellent service, or a big selection. And a combination of either of those three definitely helps. So Clickgoodwill books is obviously a very successful Amazon store. Given their feedback, and selling history, you do get a sense of security about your purchase with this store.
Clickgoodwill books is a relatively large used goods store, with over 22,000 items in stock at the moment. Their largest category is books. They sell fiction, non-fiction, children’s and young adult books, textbooks and educational books, cookbooks, and audiobooks. They also sell used DVD’s, used CD’s, and used video games, Since these items are used, you do generally get a very good deal. And with books, CD’s, DVD’s, video games, etc., if they are for personal use, then used is just fine as long as the item is in good condition.
If you’re looking for a bookstore with books and movies under or around $1 this is it. Just don’t expect free shipping on these! If you can round up a few of these inexpensive books or dvd’s, the cost will actually be +/- $1 after combined shipping.
What I like or don’t like
Their storefront is not very professionally done, or organized – it is just the default Amazon seller setup. This is the kind of Amazon store where you have a hard time finding items if you are window shopping. You pretty much have to search items one by one to see if they have anything that you would be interested in. I’m not sure why more Amazon stores don’t offer a more sophisticated storefront menu. A lot of buyers use their storefront for their shopping experience.
The quality of their listings is acceptable. They don’t have large, clear images, but they do have descriptions that include specifications, sizes, etc. It appears as though they are just listing off of the eBay catalog, so you’re just getting whatever information that eBay finds pertinent. Big pictures aren’t absolutely necessary when you’re buying books, music, or dvds, but as these are used items, it would be nice to see the condition of the item.
Their stellar feedback however does really makes you feel secure in shopping from this Amazon store. As does their 14-day hassle free returns policy. No need to email back for a return authorization, or deal with with annoying emails back and forth. You just click on return, and send it back. And having two weeks to do so is quite convenient.
